Sæteren Farm is an unattended cabin with supervisory hosts, owned and operated by the Norwegian Trekking Association (DNT). Opening hours café: Wednesday 11-14, Saturday and Sunday 11-16 (NB! There are exceptions over holidays - see their website for information). The place offers three cabins with room for four persons. Accommodation must be booked in advance, and you need to bring your own food.

The farm is situated in the beautiful Bærumsmarka, a 2 km walk from Øverland farm, Haug School and Skytterkollen. Sæteren is a nice destination both summer and winter and very family friendly. Activities and facilities include an assault course, adventure track, orienteering track, and a bonfire site.
