Tolvsteinsringen (the twelve stones ring) is one of the most distinctive historical memories along Mjøsa. 12 Stones is placed in a big circle and testifies about a crafty community from the elder iron ages. Approximately each stone weighs about 7 tons!

One believes that a wealthy high-ranking person was burned and buried in the center of the circle. During the registration in 1902 there was located three smaller circles northeast of the big one.

This is a nice place for taking a short rest.
