Storsand Farm Camping is located about 4 km north of Vikhammer and about 6 km north og Ranheim from where you can hike along the St Olavs trail to Nidaros Cathedral.

Storsand Farm Camping is easily accessible by bus (bus stop "Storsand 1" near the reception, with AtB bus nr 70 southbound from Hommelvik or northbound from Trondheim) or by bicycle.
