This listed and restored parsonage was built in 1743 and was home to the local vicar until 1991. Today, the site is a historical experience not to be missed. Some of the work of Jakob Weidemann, one of Norway's most acclaimed postmodern artists, is exhibited here as well as exhibitions from other artists. The exhibitions take place from June to September.

The parsonage also houses an exhibition showing the history of stave churches. Before you leave be sure to take a walk in the old garden.

The trail goes from Ringebu Stave Church and through the parsonage's courtyard.
