This is an unattended hostel. Bring your own sleeping bag or bed sheets. Linen and towels 50 NOK. Outdoor shower and toilet.

In the deep forest of Southern Spitalen, you can stay the night in this old schoolhouse, in a place that invites you to find peace in body and soul. They also allow tent.

This accommodation has beds in dormitories, 3 rooms with 8-10 beds. There are also extra mattresses if needed. There is a shared kitchen based on self holding and there is some dry food to buy. Note; you can buy groceries in Eidsvoll. You will find a outdoor toilet and shower (hot/cold water). It is also possible to have a swim in the lake nearby, Spetalsjøen.

The place is run by the association "Spitalen gamle skolehus" and Sandra and Manfred are the host for this accommodation. Feel free to get in touch for more information. They are not always precent, so make sure you contact them in advance for booking and information.
