Rendalstunet

Rendalstunet consists of several houses and areas: In the old school building you'll find a café (open daily during the summer), a small shop, tourist information and several exhibitions.

At "prestegårdstunet" (the old residence of the priest) you can experience an old farm yard with houses from the 19th century, with a main building from the 18th century. The famous author Jacob Breda Bull was born here, as he was son of the pastor. The house where he was raised and lived most of his life is now a museum.

By the gate of the museum there is a milestone where it says 264 km to Nidaros
