Pilegrimsbua at Granerud

Situated along Gudbrandsdalsleden
Welcome to this pleasant rest stop in the forest

Address

Granerudvegen v/Granerudsjøen

In the forest by Granerud, there is a new offer for you who walks through the Stange public area. Follow the signs to Pilegrimsbua, which is approximately 50 meters from the trail. Here you will find an outdoor shelter, toilets, a campfire and firewood, information and drinking water. There is also a litter bin here. Note; the biological toilets require you to follow the user guide hanging on the wall.

At Pilgrimsbua you can charge the batteries in your phone/GPS and yourself. If you have a hammock, you can hang it up here. Note; Contact Pilgrimssenter Oslo, Pilgrimssenter Hamar or Eidsvoll prestegård if you want to borrow one from us.

Close by you will find a nice swimming area at the idyllic Granerudsjøen. There is access to benches and tables. This is a popular place in the summer, both for locals and and hikers.
