The rorbu is built over the sea with an external terrace, and there is a wooden pier around the entire ground floor. With its central location it offers a beautiful view of the church, boathouses, and the fjord. It is within walking distance from the express boat, shops, beach, and dining options.

There are many good fishing spots along the shore by the rorbu. On the ground floor, there is a fisherman's hut that's shared between both apartments with facilities for fish cleaning, cooking shellfish, and freezing.
