This is a modern hostel with dorms, single rooms, double rooms, apartments and restaurant. Bed sheets, towels, private bathroom and free Wi-Fi is included. A abundant breakfast buffet is also included. The restaurant "Ny & Ne" is open from 07:00 to 22:00 and serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Vikingskipet hotel and hostel is a proud hostel of the Pilgrim Trail, and has received pilgrims since 1999. It is an informal accommodation with a strong focus on quality hosting. They have large outdoor areas and plenty of greenery.

They know the Pilgrim Trail well, and can will be happy to help you with any further bookings or handling og luggage. There is a separate packed lunch menu and offer of washing / drying of clothes. The Viking ship also has a car for rent available for Pilgrims who want to explore Hamar further.
