Situated along Borgleden
Here you can clearly see stone circles form of erected stones. They have been the source of many theories about what this place has meant to the local people. One of the theories is that this has been an old "ting" (from Norse, meaning council place), where the farmers have gathered to judge, vote and discuss societal issues.

This is the reason why stone circles like this are often called "dommerringer" (court circles), and the theory that these places were old council places can be found everywhere in the country. The theory is supported by the fact that there is often an even number of stones in the circle. Even though it is a widely supported theory, there are still archeologist who disagree with it. There is also often burial grounds near the circles.
