You'll find the stamp for your pilegrim passport on the wall outside the church

Sula is Frøya's oldest church site. We believe that there has been a church here since the 15th century, but the first written sources that mention the church are the Reformation of 1589.

From Sula lighthouse there is a spectacular view in all directions. The lighthouse was built in 1909, together with the lighthouse keeper's residence, outbuildings and boathouse. The lighthouse station was automated and depopulated in 1974. The lighthouse keeper's house is today used for rental and as an artist's residence.
