Falstad was a prison camp during WWII. Falstad Centre has been repurposed in memory of those who lost their lives here. It is today a museum, archive, styli center and pilgrim hostel. War history, human rights and democracy are central themes in the profile of the center. Falstad Centre is located in a unique historic landscape.
