Auskin Creative Center

AKS is located in a peaceful setting. The food served is organic, local and based on traditional culinary traditions.
We have 30 beds and a kitchen with seatings for 30 people, and a large patio for socializing around the campfire.
Self catering is posible, as well as washing and drying of clothes and shoes. We have a stock of basic food, first aid kit and sanitary equipment that can be purchased if the store at Vuku is closed.

There is an available room for contemplation, with meditation scheduled every Wednesday at 21.00 to 22.00
There is a possibility to rent workshops for creative work, both with and without a teacher, and to get personal guidance on the walking process, with the art therapeutic method.
In the oral narrative tradition of the saint king Olav Haraldsson, the story is that parts of the Olav's army rested here on what today is called Olsåkeren (Olsfield), before the final leg to the Battle of Stiklestad. History provides a good starting point to contemplate what attitudes you carry with you, and what one must forego in a confrontation before walking towards Stiklestad.
