This walk focuses on silence, qigong and mindfulness. Your tour guide Anne Winther Tollnes, is an experienced guide and qigong-instructor.

Day 1: Øyer - Tretten

From the meeting point in Lillehammer city centre, there will be transportation to Øyer. In Øyer the route starts with a solid upward climb in the countryside. The path crosses pastures and magical forests before we reach the village Tretten. Accommodation at Glomstad Guesthouse.

Day 2: Tretten – Ringebu

Today the trail will take us down to the bottom of the valley and into a nature reserve.Onwards to Fåvang we follow the road until we cross Tromsa bridge, a crossing place for travelers for centuries and a spectacular sight.

Day 3: Fåvang - Ringebu

Towards Ringebu the trail takes a turn upward to Elstadkleiva, and a beauitful view over the Gudbrandsdal Valley. From here, the trail continues down to Ringebu stave church, the only preserved stave church in the Gudbrandsdal Valley.
